Sunday mornings during our 9:00am Mass, September through June
This program was developed to give younger children a chance to listen and pray at their level of understanding. Children are invited up to the altar before the first reading. They will receive a blessing from the priest or deacon and then proceed with their Catechist (adult leader) to Room 1 - adjacent to the church hallway. They will hear the Children’s Liturgy of the Word and then return into the Church following the homily. Parents are always welcome to attend with their children.
For older children who have received their sacraments and wish to follow along, Children’s Mass Books are located in the pews.
Become a new Catechist (adult leader)! No experience necessary. We provide all the materials and training. If you are interested please contact Anne Thomas. This a great way to share your faith with our young ones!
Join us for Family Mass the first Sunday of each month at the 9:00 Mass
There is no dismissal for Children's Liturgy - instead, the homily is aimed at our young people and we invite youth to participate in the Mass in a special way.
Faith Formation classes for grades K-7 provides Catholic children with age-appropriate faith formation by building on their life experiences, family involvement, personal spirituality, religious understanding, and moral development.
